WHEN ORGANISING THE JEWELLERY TO BE RETURNED

WITHIN THE UK

Place the jewellery in it’s original packaging. Include the original dispatch note or any note you want to include. Stick the Royal Mail Special Delivery label on the front of the package. Label the envelope clearly.

FROM EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD

Place the jewellery in it’s original packaging. Include the original dispatch note or any note you want to include. We recommend using tracked post or courier e.g. DHL, FedEx. Label the envelope clearly. You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery.

EXCHANGING YOUR JEWELLERY

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on your jewellery within 14 days. Please follow the returns guidelines and once the items are recieved in perfect condition we can issue a credit note or contact us to help you choose something else.

RETURNING A GIFT

Please follow the returns guidelines and email us at sloanesquare@brilliantinc.co.uk and we will be happy to exchange your gift for something else.

FAULTY GOODS RETURN

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is delivered faulty please follow the returns guidelines. Once recieved they will be inspected by head office. Please note that any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. *NOTE* Your statutory rights are not affected. We offer a chargeable repaired service if the piece is in a repairable condition and are happy to offer a quote.

IF YOU ARE RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Once the jewellery is received correctly your refund will be issued within 14 days.
