RETURNS

Returning items is very easy we operate a ‘if it doesn't look Brilliant return it ‘ policy; If you are not satisfied we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on your jewellery within 14 days (for free within the UK).

Please follow the returns guidelines below and once the items are received in perfect condition in the original packaging your refund will be issued within 14 days. Please note the delivery charge is not refundable.

Bespoke designs and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance. Your statutory rights are not affected.

WHEN ORGANISING THE JEWELLERY TO BE RETURNED WITHIN THE UK

Place the jewellery in its original packaging, please note all jewellery must be returned to us unworn with any tags attached. Please be aware if the jewellery is returned worn or damaged it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returning New, Unused Product - You may return new, unworn or unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the products were shipped to you.

Please note however you if choose to return your item to us, the item remains your responsibility until it is received by the warehouse.

1. Please tick the box next to the item(s) you are returning on your returns form and please make sure that you include this form with your returned items.

2. Package your order securely.

3. Log onto the Royal Mail link here (opens in a new window) or provided on your returns form to generate your free returns label and fill in all the requested details. You can then print off your postage label and drop your parcel off at any UK post office.

• EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS GUIDELINES

Place the jewellery in its original packaging. Include the returns note. We recommend using tracked post or local courier e.g. DHL, FedEx. Label the envelope clearly. You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery. There is a Delivery Note and Returns Form. To return items to us:

1. Complete the Returns Form and include in the package.

2. Address your parcel to the address on the Returns form.

3. Post the package.

EXCHANGING YOUR JEWELLERY

We are happy to offer an exchange on your jewellery within 28 days. Please follow the returns guidelines including a note with details of the product you are exchanging to. Once the items are received in perfect condition we can process the exchange for the item of your choice. RETURNING A GIFT

Please follow the returns guidelines and email us at info@brilliantinc.co.uk and we will be happy to exchange your gift for something else once within the normal returns guidelines.

FAULTY GOODS RETURN

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is delivered faulty please follow the returns guidelines. Once received it will be inspected by head office. Please note that any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

REPAIRS SERVICE

A repair service free of charge is available up to 14 days on all jewellery. Outside of this we offer a chargeable repair service if the piece is in a repairable condition and are happy to offer a quote. We will replace a missing stone complimentary and charges covers the cost of our jewellers repairing the item.

We offer a replating for all metals and resizing service and are happy to provide a quote. For best ways to store and look after your jewellery please refer to Jewellery Care.
